Discover Tracker School, USA via a book "The Grandfather" by Tom Brown Jr. in 2013. In the same year, in July, pursued and experienced Vision Quest, the 4-days solo-in-the-wood meditative ceremony, an ancient rite of passage used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures and mystical societies for spiritual growth and expansion.
于2013年因阅读《草原狼导师》而认识了追踪师学校。2013 年7月完成4日旷野独处之灵境追寻 (Vision Quest，古老方式之成年礼、生命探索)。
In August - October, 2013 traveled to New Jersey, USA for a series of Nature, survival and spiritual related learning at The Tracker School. Participated as an volunteer for the family outing and camping of COTEF (Children of the Earth Foundation)
同年八月至十月赴美展开了原始生活技能学习的旅程，并义工参与美国非营利机构 COTEF (Children of the Earth Foundation) 的家庭日活动。
Since then, started to share what have learnt and inspired through her personal awakening journey.
自此展開大自然教育與分享，把自己所學與體悟之覺醒之道帶入所引導的個人與團體。
